Bioreactors are growing in popularity among network engineers. generally chambers used for cell culture processes with predetermined parameters. Pivot is a bioreactor system that controlled automatically and remotely using multi-chambers allow inflow of fresh liquid or output sample collection. This facilitates gas exchange between the medium ambient gas. The provides storage bag media peristaltic pump to move closed loop during perfusion stirring chamber. flow rates 2 mL/min. has container direct measurement obtain pH, oxygen, carbon dioxide also equipped mixing vessel which allows addition desired nutrients additives system. results computational fluid dynamics (CFD) shear stress-based analysis have been conducted. simulation demonstrate applied parameters correspond an ideal environment hepatocyte viability growth. research expected increase number cells produced without reducing quality each chamber be carried out simultaneously, automatically, controlled.
